Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, der uns unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

Abwicklung des Warenein- und -ausgangs inklusive der entsprechenden Buchungen im ERP-System Selbstständige Durchführung der Wareneingangskontrolle sowie Prüfung der eingehenden Waren Organisation und Durchführung der internen Warenverteilung Erfassung, Ausgabe und Buchung von Materialien im ERP-System Kommissionierung und Bereitstellung von Rohmaterialien, Bauteilen und Fertigprodukten Fachgerechtes Verpacken, Versenden und Verladen von Waren und Gütern Koordination und Betreuung externer Verpackungsdienstleister Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Abwicklung von Reparaturprozessen, einschließlich der Vergabe von Reparaturnummern und Erstellung der entsprechenden Reparaturberichte Digitalisierung, Pflege und Ablage relevanter Dokumentationen Sicherer Umgang mit Lager- und Transporttechnik, insbesondere Flurförderfahrzeugen Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der jährlichen Inventur

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise mit technischem Grundverständnis Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zur praktischen Mitarbeit im Lagerbereich Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft Führerschein der Klasse B von Vorteil Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
