Ce qu’on vous propose

Au sein de notre équipe technique, vous assurez l'exploitation, l'administration et l'évolution des infrastructures informatiques de nos clients PME ainsi que de notre système d'information interne

Et concrètement :

Administration et supervision :

  • Assurer l'administration des infrastructures systèmes, réseaux et cloud.
  • Effectuer le suivi du parc informatique via les outils de gestion documentaire et de supervision (licences, garanties, renouvellements matériels).
  • Analyser les alertes de supervision et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Participer à l'administration de l'informatique interne de Mismo.

Support et expertise technique :

  • Prendre en charge les demandes et incidents de niveau 2 et 3.
  • Assurer un support technique téléphonique auprès des clients.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la résolution des problématiques complexes liées aux environnements Microsoft, réseau et sécurité.

Déploiement et projets :

  • Mettre en œuvre et exploiter des solutions de sauvegarde, de cybersécurité et de cloud (Veeam, Microsoft Azure, Cyna, Azure Backup, etc.).
  • Réaliser les mises en production d'infrastructures serveurs, réseaux et solutions de sécurité.
  • Participer aux projets d'évolution des systèmes d'information de nos clients.
  • Garantir la qualité et la conformité des déploiements réalisés.

Maintenance et amélioration continue :

  • Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative.
  • Assurer une veille technique et proposer des améliorations d'infrastructure.
  • Contribuer à la standardisation et à l'amélioration continue de nos services managés.

Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

Vous avez acquis, de préférence au sein d’un prestataire informatique, de solides compétences en environnement Microsoft (Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, etc.) et sur la partie réseaux (switching, routage, firewall, VPN). Vous maitrisez les solutions de sauvegarde et de continuité d’activité, ainsi que les solutions cloud Microsoft Azure et des notions en cybersécurité.

Vous êtes autonome et rigoureux, vous permettant de traiter en simultané des sujets de support, d’exploitation et de projet. Vous êtes également à l’aise avec le relationnel client, permettant de garantir leur satisfaction.

Des certifications Microsoft, Veeam ou sur des solutions de cybersécurité sont appréciées.
