Votre rôle

Au sein de notre équipe technique, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement et à l’évolution des infrastructures de nos clients. Dans un environnement multi clients et multi projets, votre quotidien s’articule autour de quatre dimensions complémentaires.

Supervision & exploitation :

Vous administrez et supervisez les infrastructures systèmes, réseaux et cloud. Vous analysez les alertes, mettez en œuvre les actions correctives, assurez la maintenance et prenez en charge les problématiques complexes N2/N3.

Évolution & projets :

Vous analysez les infrastructures, préconisez leurs évolutions et déployez des solutions systèmes, réseaux, cloud, sauvegarde et sécurité. Vous menez plusieurs interventions et projets clients en parallèle, en veillant à la qualité des mises en production et au respect des engagements.

Conseil & avant-vente :

Vous mettez vos compétences techniques au service de la construction des solutions. En binôme avec les commerciaux, vous participez à la qualification des besoins, à la conception, au dimensionnement et au chiffrage des solutions, puis à leur présentation auprès des clients.

Transmission & partage des compétences :

Vous accompagnez les techniciens sur les sujets complexes, partagez vos connaissances et vos bonnes pratiques et contribuez à développer leurs compétences et leur autonomie.

Votre profil

Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée d’au moins 3 ans en administration d’infrastructures systèmes et réseaux, idéalement acquise chez un prestataire informatique, en ESN ou dans un environnement technique varié.

Vous maîtrisez :

  • Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 et Azure ;
  • Les environnements réseaux : switching, routage, firewall et VPN ;
  • Les solutions de sauvegarde et de continuité d’activité.

Des compétences en cybersécurité ainsi que des certifications Microsoft, Veeam ou sécurité sont appréciées.

Autonome, organisé et réactif, vous aimez la diversité et savez gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle, prioriser vos interventions et vous adapter aux imprévus.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous savez prendre du recul, comprendre et challenger un besoin, conseiller le client et préconiser la solution adaptée. Vous appréciez également de partager vos connaissances et de contribuer à la progression des techniciens.
