Als Performance Marketing Manager entwickelst du erfolgreiche Strategien, die beeindruckende Resultate erzielen und hebst MISSION MITGLIEDER und UNSERE KUNDEN auf das nächste Level. Bist du dabei?

Aufgabenbereiche

  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Werbekampagnen auf Meta, die herausragende Leistungen erzielen
  • Durch kontinuierliches testen und optimieren bahnst du dir den Weg zum absoluten Experten im Online Marketing für die Fitness- und Gesundheitsbranche
  • Dank deiner positiven und aufgeschlossenen Persönlichkeit bist du der ideale Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und es fällt dir leicht neue Ideen und Konzepte vorzustellen
  • Aufgrund deiner Arbeitsweise testest, analysierst und optimierst du konsequent, indem du die KPIs deiner Kampagnen genau im Blick behältst

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine Erfahrung von mindestens 1-2 Jahren im Performance Marketing (Leadgenerierung) mit und hast Kampagnen erfolgreich auf Meta und anderen Social Media Plattformen geschaltet
  • In der Kundenbetreuung bist du ein Profi. Die Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Kunden bereitet dir Freude, und du überzeugst durch eine souveräne, offene Art
  • Ehrgeiz und eine starke Lernbereitschaft bringst du mit, was zu einer kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung in deinem Bereich führt.
  • Du manövrierst durch den Werbeanzeigenmanager so mühelos wie andere durch den Feierabendverkehr und bist ein Fan von Tracking und Kennzahlen
  • Dank deiner eigenständigen Arbeitsweise sowie deiner Persönlichkeit kannst du Remote erstklassige Performance zeigen
  • Du bist in der Lage dir ein tiefes Zielgruppenverständnis in der Fitness- und Gesundheitsbranche anzueignen und folgst den neuesten Social Media Trends
