Wir unterstützen die Fitness- und Gesundheitsbranche im Bereich Marketing und helfen ihnen dabei mehr Kunden und passende Mitarbeiter zu finden. Unsere Mission ist es, die Fitnessbranche mit individuellem Marketing zu revolutionieren.

Daher suchen wir nach einem Opener im Vertrieb, der/die zu folgenden Kriterien passt:

Wer du sein solltest • Extrovertiert & an Menschen interessiert. • Biss haben und Ziele erreichen wollen. • Kunden- und serviceorientiert und freundliches und kommunikatives Auftreten. • Engagiert und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit. • Überzeugungsstark & redegewandt. • Eine ruhige, angenehme und attraktive Stimme. • Bestehenden Prozessen folgen können. •Du bringst eine Erfahrung von mindestens 1-2 Jahren im Bereich Sales (Setting-Closing-Prinzip) mit • Ausbildung/Studium: ist nebensächlich. Aber gute Abschlüsse werden natürlich nicht abgelehnt.

Was du tun wirst • Kundenanfragen bearbeiten per E-Mail & Telefon: Outbound Leads generieren durch Social Media & Kaltakquise. • Warme Leads anrufen und Qualifizierungsgespräche terminieren. • Kaltakquise mit bereitgestellter Liste betreiben (mit dem Ziel Dienstleistungs Pakete zu verkaufen) • Termine mit Interessenten vereinbaren per E-Mail & Telefon. • Kundenbeziehungen auf- und ausbauen: Kunden beraten und Upsells vorbereiten. • Gesprächstermine vorbereiten: CRM pflegen und Verkäufern relevante Infos weiterleiten. • Follow Up betreiben bei Kunden & Interessenten. ‍ Coole Dinge, die du bekommst • Die Möglichkeit mit einem jungen talentierten Team zusammenzuarbeiten: Wir feiern das persönliche Wachstum und bringen uns gegenseitig weiter. • Faire Entlohnung und starke Aufstiegschancen (Setter und Closer) • Teamkultur: KlarenMeetingformate & Feierabend. • Mentoring: Was möchtest du beruflich und persönlich eigentlich erreichen?
