Intégrez notre équipe en tant qu’assistant administratif RH (H/F) en alternance et venez renforcer notre équipe au sein de notre siège basé à Clichy (92). En appui de l’équipe juridique existante, vous interviendrez sur des missions variées et enrichissantes, vous permettant de développer vos compétences tout en contribuant activement au quotidien du service.

Accidents et arrêts de travail

Vous accompagnez notre réseau d’agences dans le traitement des déclarations d’accidents du travail et/ou arrêts maladie des salariés intérimaires :

  • recueil des informations
  • vérification et saisie des déclarations obligatoires auprès de Net-entreprises et de la caisse de prévoyance
  • suivi et archivage des dossiers

Partie administrative RH

  • Gestion des congés parentaux
  • Classement, numérisation et archivage des documents
  • Interaction avec le service back-office, le service juridique et les différents organismes (CPAM, Prévoyance…)

Soutien de l’équipe juridique sur des thématiques ponctuelles (Veille juridique ; hotline ; etc.)

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure Bac+3 en RH, vous avez idéalement acquis une première expérience en entreprise. Dynamique et engagé(e), vous vous distinguez par votre sens du service, votre réactivité et votre grande polyvalence, avec l’envie de vous investir pleinement dans un réseau en forte croissance.

Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous disposez également d’excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et faites preuve d’une discrétion irréprochable, indispensables à la réussite sur ce poste.

Poste à pourvoir dès que possible au sein de notre siège situé à Porte de Clichy (92). Rythme d’alternance : 1 semaine en formation / 3 semaines en entreprise ou 1 jour en formation / 4 jours en entreprise.
