MITOcare entwickelt sich weiter – und mit uns unsere Prozesse und Systemlandschaft. Im Rahmen unserer ERP-Transformation führen wir Odoo als zentrale Plattform für unsere operativen Geschäftsprozesse ein.

Dafür suchen wir keine reine ERP-Administration und keinen Odoo-Entwickler. Wir suchen jemanden, der Geschäftsprozesse versteht, unterschiedliche Anforderungen zusammenbringt und daraus pragmatische, wertschaffende Lösungen entwickelt.

  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Fachbereichen, Management und externen ERP-Experten
  • Du verstehst Prozesse in Vertrieb, Einkauf, Logistik, Finance & Co. und identifizierst konkrete Verbesserungspotenziale
  • Du nimmst Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen auf, hinterfragst sie und übersetzt das eigentliche Business-Problem in klare Anforderungen
  • Du bringst unterschiedliche Interessen zusammen und treibst fachbereichsübergreifende Entscheidungen aktiv voran
  • Du baust und priorisierst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen einen wertorientierten ERP-/Process-Backlog
  • Du koordinierst externe Implementierungspartner von der Anforderung über Umsetzung und Testing bis zum Roll-out
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass neue Prozesse im Alltag funktionieren: durch Tests, Dokumentation, Schulung und starke Key User.
  • Du entwickelst unser Odoo-System nach dem Go-live kontinuierlich weiter und stellst Datenqualität, Schnittstellen und einen stabilen Betrieb sicher
  • Du misst den Erfolg von Verbesserungen möglichst konkret - etwa über Zeitersparnis, Fehlerquoten, Durchlaufzeiten oder bessere Datenqualität

Profil

Entscheidend ist für uns weniger, welches ERP-System du bisher hast sondern wie du Probleme löst und Menschen zusammenbringst.

  • Erfahrung mit ERP-, CRM- oder vergleichbaren Business-Systemen und idealerweise bereits mit einer Einführung oder größeren Weiterentwicklung
  • Starkes Prozessverständnis und die Fähigkeit, zwischen Problemen, Ursache und gewünschter Lösung zu unterscheiden
  • Erfahrung darin, Anforderungen verschiedener Stakeholder zu strukturieren und zu priorisieren
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit - auch wenn Interessen auseinandergehen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du kannst konzeptionell arbeiten, verlierst aber die Umsetzung nicht aus den Augen
  • Gutes Verständnis dafür, wann Standardisierung sinnvoll ist und wann ein Sonderfall tatsächlich notwendig ist
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich und gutes Englisch
  • Erfahrung mit Odoo ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Technisches Verständnis hilft dir dabei, gute Entscheidungen zu treffen. Programmieren musst du für diese Rolle nicht können
