Werden Sie als Vertriebsberater (m/w/d), Mikronährstoffe Teil unseres engagierten und wachsenden Teams in München und seien Sie erster Ansprechpartner für unsere anspruchsvollen Kunden. Die Position ist zeitnah in Voll- oder Teilzeit zu besetzen.

Ihre Mission bei uns:

  • Beratungsexperte: Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und beraten kompetent zu Mikronährstoffen und ihren Anwendungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Customer Success & Sales Support: Sie verwandeln Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat in Erfolgserlebnisse, erkennen Potentiale und binden Kunden langfristig an uns.
  • Partnermanagement: Sie gewinnen Therapeuten, Heilpraktiker und Ärzte für unser Konzept und begleiten diese durch ein begeisterndes Onboarding.
  • Prozessmanagement: Sie dokumentieren Beratungsgespräche und pflegen unsere Kundendatenbanken.
  • Teamarbeit: Sie arbeiten eng im Team mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktentwicklung zusammen und sorgen gemeinsam für eine optimale Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden.
  • Tandempartner: Sie unterstützen unsere Kollegen und Kolleginnen im Außendienst tatkräftig und sorgen mit für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Profil

  • Fundament: Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung zum Heilpraktiker (m/w/d), Ernährungsberater (m/w/d) oder einer vergleichbaren medizinisch-naturheilkundlichen Basis.
  • Business-Mindset: Idealerweise kaufmännische Erfahrung (z.B. Bürokaumann/-frau (m/w/d)) und ein Gespür dafür, dass gute Beratung immer auch einen Abschluss hat.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Sie können komplexe Biochemie in packende Argumente verwandeln und das emphatisch, souverän und abschlussorientiert.
  • Lösungsorientierung: Sie arbeiten strukturiert, nutzen CRM-Systeme effizient und sind offen für neue Technologien.
  • Sprachgefühl: Deutsch auf C2 Niveau und ein sicheres Ausdrucksvermögen auf Augenhöhe mit Fachpublikum.
