About Hexnode

Hexnode is a global leader in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), trusted by over 100 countries and managing millions of devices worldwide. With a rapid pace of innovation, we have established ourselves as a dominant force across Apple, Windows, Android, macOS, Linux, and tvOS. Fuelling the transformation to a seamless ecosystem of connected tools, Hexnode is revolutionizing the enterprise software and cybersecurity landscape.

Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical, customer-obsessed Product Manager (3–5 Years Experience) with a strong background in Product Research and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS). In this role, you will sit at the intersection of enterprise customer needs, market intelligence, and product execution. You will act as the champion of the end-user, using qualitative research, data analytics, and direct customer feedback to shape the Hexnode product roadmap and ensure our platform remains the most user-centric UEM solution on the market.

Key Responsibilities

Product Research & Strategy

  • Lead continuous product discovery through qualitative user interviews, quantitative surveys, competitive analysis, and usability testing with global IT administrators.
  • Synthesize complex market trends and security/endpoint management requirements into actionable product requirements and detailed PRDs.
  • Translate raw research insights into user personas, customer journey maps, and high-impact feature enhancements.

Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Optimization

  • Own and scale Hexnode’s Voice of Customer (VoC) program, directly connecting customer feedback loops (NPS, CSAT, G2/Capterra reviews, churn analysis) to sprint planning.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to identify major platform friction points, reducing time-to-value and customer churn.
  • Design and manage Beta testing programs to validate feature utility and usability prior to full commercial rollout.

Product Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work directly with UX/UI designers and engineering teams in an Agile environment to build intuitive, enterprise-grade workflows.
  • Define and track key product adoption, engagement, and retention metrics using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  • Prioritize the product backlog using frameworks like RICE or Kano to balance strategic feature requests with core usability enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Product Management experience, specifically within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or endpoint management domains.
  • Proven track record in Product Research: Deep experience designing research frameworks, conducting user interviews, running usability tests, and delivering actionable qualitative/quantitative insights.
  • CSAT & Retention Focus: Demonstrated history of directly driving improvements in customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS) and reducing platform churn through product changes.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex IT workflows, enterprise security, and software architecture.
  • Proficiency with analytics and research tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Qualtrics, Jira, Figma).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of distilling customer feedback into strategic narratives for executive stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), or Cybersecurity.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
