Job Purpose

The ALPOLIC Division of Mitsubishi Chemical America is seeking a dedicated Coil Coating Line Operator to join our night‑shift manufacturing team. This full‑time position enjoys a consistent four‑day workweek, working 12‑hour schedule Monday through Thursday 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM. This schedule offers long weekends every week, predictable hours, and the ability to plan your life outside of work with confidence.

The minimum starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, with open progression opportunities through our Pay‑for‑Skills program as additional competencies are achieved. An additional 8% is paid for night shift differential. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual profit‑sharing bonus program, offering further earning potential as part of our commitment to rewarding team performance and company success.
