Job Purpose

The ALPOLIC Division of Mitsubishi Chemical America is seeking a dedicated Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing (SRW) Operator to join our night‑shift logistics team. This full‑time position operates on a 12‑hour schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM, following a biweekly rotation in which employees work four nights one week and three nights the next, with every other weekend is a three-day weekend off. This unique shift structure means team members work the equivalent of six months per year while receiving full‑time pay and benefits.

The minimum starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, with open progression opportunities through our Pay‑for‑Skills program as additional competencies are achieved. An additional 8% is paid for night shift differential, and those scheduled on weekends earn an extra $2.00 per hour weekend premium. This role...
