Start your tax career at a global organization. As a Tax Analyst on our U.S. Tax team, you’ll get hands-on exposure to federal, state and local, and international tax compliance, ASC 740 provision, and reporting, with experienced teammates guiding you along the way. You’ll work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT to prepare accurate workpapers and help the team hit key deadlines. This role is based in Andover, Massachusetts, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in office weekly as a requirement.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Preparing U.S. federal and state and local tax workpapers, including book-to-tax adjustments, estimates, extensions, and account reconciliations
  • Supporting quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision work, including rollforwards and provision-to-return analyses
  • Gathering and organizing data on foreign subsidiaries and intercompany transactions to support U.S. international tax compliance
  • Validating and reconciling financial and tax data from multiple systems and investigating differences
  • Researching tax questions and summarizing your conclusions
  • Helping improve tax processes, ERP data, Excel workpapers, and automation tools
  • Keeping workpapers organized and audit-ready, and supporting audits and special projects

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, and eagerness to build advanced data-analysis skills
  • Curiosity about U.S. federal, state and local, and international tax

Preferred Skills:

  • Internship, coursework, or project experience in accounting, tax, finance, or data analysis
  • Experience with large data sets and Excel tools such as lookups, pivot tables, and formulas
  • Exposure to tax provision or compliance software, ERP systems, or a multinational corporate environment
  • Interest in using AI-enabled tools responsibly to support research and analysis

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
