Misión del puesto

En Dentsu Madrid estamos buscando un Finance Business Partner.

La persona seleccionada actuará como partner estratégico para las distintas áreas de la compañía, aportando análisis, visión económica y apoyo en la toma de decisiones. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de liderazgo para impulsar la rentabilidad, optimizar recursos y proporcionar una perspectiva económica que contribuya al crecimiento y desarrollo del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Actuar como Finance Business Partner para diferentes áreas de negocio de la agencia.
  • Analizar la rentabilidad de clientes, proyectos y cuentas, con foco en márgenes, ingresos y costes.
  • Gestionar y apoyar los procesos de forecast, budgeting, planificación financiera y seguimiento del P&L.
  • Participar en cierres, reporting financiero y análisis de desviaciones.
  • Identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora y convertir el análisis financiero en recomendaciones claras y accionables.
  • Colaborar con los líderes de negocio en la toma de decisiones comerciales y operativas.
  • Construir escenarios de negocio y apoyar la planificación financiera.
  • Contribuir a una adecuada gobernanza financiera de clientes y proyectos.

Experiencia y formación

  • Entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia profesional en funciones financieras.
  • Experiencia en posiciones de Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Control de Gestión o Finance Manager.
  • Se valorará positivamente la experiencia o conocimiento en entornos de agencias de publicidad, comunicación y marketing.
  • Formación universitaria en ADE, Economía, Finanzas o similar.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en Big Four y formación complementaria en Finanzas Corporativas, Control de Gestión o Business Analytic, aunque no es requisito fundamental.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Dominio de reporting financiero, P&L, forecasting, budgeting y análisis de rentabilidad.
  • Excel avanzado y manejo de herramientas de reporting financiero.
  • Capacidad para gestionar información financiera compleja y transformarla en conclusiones útiles para el negocio.

  • Orientación al negocio y comprensión de las dinámicas comerciales y operativas de una agencia.Capacidad de influencia y comunicación con perfiles financieros y no financieros, incluidos stakeholders senior.Mentalidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y orientación a resultados.
  • Proactividad, autonomía, adaptabilidad y enfoque de mejora continua.
  • Capacidad para cuestionar, proponer soluciones y anticipar riesgos.
