Wir suchen dich

zur Unterstützung unseres Business Development-Teams.

Die Aufgaben

  • Gewinnen von Neukunden in der Verteidigungsindustrie vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Entwickeln passender Lösungsangebote gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und Delivery-Teams
  • Aufbauen und Weiterentwickeln des Defense-Segments einschließlich Vertriebsstrategie, Playbooks und Marktansatz
  • Planen und Steuern von Segmentzielen, Forecasts und Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Aufbauen und Pflegen eines belastbaren Netzwerks zu Kunden, Partnern und Systemhäusern
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit Marketing zur Entwicklung von Kampagnen, Fachinhalten und Marktbotschaften
  • Fachliches Begleiten und Einarbeiten zukünftiger Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Defense Vertrieb

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Business Development oder B2B-Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Lösungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umfeld der Verteidigungsindustrie
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung bei komplexen Vertriebsprozessen
  • Ein belastbares Netzwerk in der Defense Branche
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Beschaffungs- und Partnerstrukturen in der Verteidigungsindustrie
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30 - 50%) sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sicheres Englisch und Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung
