zur Unterstützung unseres Go-to-Market-Teams.

Die Aufgaben

  • Verantworten und Weiterentwickeln der KI basierten Outreach Plattform inklusive Prompts, Workflows, Automationen und Qualitätsregeln
  • Planen und Umsetzen von Outreach und Demand Generation Kampagnen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb
  • Entwickeln und Steuern von SEO, SEA sowie Sichtbarkeit in KI Suchsystemen
  • Betreuen und Ausbauen der Unternehmenswebsite einschließlich Landingpages, Formularen, Tracking und Consent Management
  • Planen, Koordinieren und Veröffentlichen von Fachartikeln und Magazinbeiträgen
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit Vertrieb, Fachbereichen, IT und Marketing zur Entwicklung wirksamer Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Steuern von Agenturen und Dienstleistern sowie Erstellen von Marketing Auswertungen und Reportings

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B Marketing, mit Verantwortung für Demand Generation oder Marketing Operations
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und Einsatz von KI gestützten Workflows, Automationen oder Marketingprozessen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SEO, SEA und modernen Suchtechnologien
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb und Ausbau von Unternehmenswebsites inklusive CMS, Tracking und Consent Management
  • Erfahrung in der Planung, Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung von Content
  • Technisches Verständnis für digitale Marketing Tools, Datenstrukturen und Systemlandschaften
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch min. auf C1-Niveau und sicheres Englisch)
