für unser Ausschreibungsteam am Standort Köln.

Die Aufgaben

  • Steuern von Ausschreibungs- und Angebotsprozessen von der Identifikation bis zur fristgerechten Abgabe
  • Analysieren und Bewerten von Ausschreibungen sowie Vorbereiten von Go-/No-Go-Entscheidungen
  • Koordinieren der Angebotserstellung mit Vertrieb, Fachbereich, Geschäftsführung und externen Partnern
  • Sicherstellen von Qualität, Vollständigkeit und formalen Anforderungen der Angebotsunterlagen
  • Erstellen, Prüfen und Validieren von Angebots- und Projektkalkulationen inkl. Margen-/Deckungsbeitragslogik
  • Pflegen von Verkaufschancen und Angebotsdaten in CRM- und Vergabeplattformen

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bid Management
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen im öffentlichen Ausschreibungs- und Vergaberecht
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Angebots- und Projektkalkulation sowie gutes Verständnis für Kostenstrukturen, Deckungsbeiträge und Angebotsmargen
  • Gerne gesehen ist Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools im Ausschreibungs- und Angebotsprozess
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Weiterbildung und/oder IT sind vorteilhaft
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch min. auf C1- Niveau)
