Wir suchen dich

um unseren Trainer:innen-Pool für Kundenprojekte in 2027 zu erweitern.

Die Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Präsenz und Online Schulungen für Geschäftsführungen, Vorstände und Führungskräfte
  • Vermittlung der Anforderungen und Verantwortlichkeiten aus NIS2 auf Managementebene
  • Sensibilisierung für Cyberrisiken, Krisenszenarien und Auswirkungen auf die Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Vermittlung von Governance, Risiko und Compliance Anforderungen im Kontext der Informationssicherheit
  • Durchführung von Management Briefings, Workshops und Diskussionsformaten
  • Aufzeigen von Best Practices zur Stärkung der Cyber Resilienz von Unternehmen
  • Anpassung der Trainings an Branche, Unternehmensgröße und Zielgruppe

Das bringst du mit

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung als Trainerin oder Trainer im Bereich Informationssicherheit, Cybersicherheit oder IT Compliance
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen rund um NIS2
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführungen, Vorständen sowie Management auf C-Level
  • Sicheres und souveränes Auftreten auf Executive Ebene
  • Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte auf strategischer Ebene verständlich darzustellen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1)
