  • Du bist der Category-Experte und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Handelspartnern Category-Management-Projekte, die Du erfolgreich umsetzt
  • Du erarbeitest Category- und Channel-Strategien auf Basis etablierter Category-Management-Methoden und setzt diese funktionsübergreifend um
  • Du analysierst Shopper-, Panel- und Scannerdaten, identifizierst Wachstumspotenziale und leitest daraus konkrete Empfehlungen für Sortiment, Regalplatzierung und Vermarktung ab
  • Du entwickelst Shopper-Insights kontinuierlich weiter, erkennst relevante Markt- und Konsumententrends und stellst den bereichsübergreifenden Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Organisation sicher
  • Du verbindest Kategorie-, Marken- und Kundenanforderungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Marketing und Sales ganzheitliche, marktgerechte Lösungen
  • Du treibst die Entwicklung der Analyse- und Storytelling-Standards voran, erschließt neue Möglichkeiten durch KI-gestützte Tools und setzt diese erfolgreich ein

Das bringst Du bereits mit

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
  • Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Category Management oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld und hast bereits Erfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel gesammelt, idealerweise im Drogeriemarkt- und OTC-Umfeld
  • Du beherrschst den Umgang mit Markt-, Handels- und Haushaltspaneldaten sowie gängigen Category-Management-Tools wie NielsenIQ Discover, YouGov SIM-IT oder NielsenIQ Spaceman
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes digitales Mindset mit, nutzt Business-Intelligence- und Microsoft 365-Tools, insbesondere MS Excel, souverän und begeisterst Dich für neue Technologien und KI
  • Du kombinierst analytische Stärke mit hoher Eigeninitiative und übersetzt komplexe Daten und Shopper-Insights in überzeugende Handlungsempfehlungen und Selling Stories
  • Du steuerst mehrere Projekte souverän parallel, bindest unterschiedliche Stakeholder erfolgreich ein und überzeugst durch Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
