Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich

  • Du organisierst alle notwendigen Dokumente zur Erstellung externer Produktinformationen und Sicherheitsbewertungen und verantwortest deren Aktualität und Konformität
  • Du führst Packmittelprüfungen durch und achtest dabei unter anderem auf Kennzeichnungselemente, vorhandene Claims und die INCI
  • Du unterstützt unser Brand Management bei der Produktentwicklung und leitest es in rechtlichen und regulatorischen Themen, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit dem HQ in Frankfurt
  • Du testest und bewertest Rezepturvorschläge unserer Kosmetik-Lohnhersteller hinsichtlich Produkteignung und regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Du verantwortest die elektronische Verwaltung und Pflege aller qualitäts- und regulatorisch relevanten Dokumente und Stammdaten, beispielsweise Rezepturen, Packmittel, Sicherheitsbewertungen und Produktinformationsdateien
  • Du setzt neue regulatorische Anforderungen und gesetzliche Änderungen für unsere Produkte und Verpackungen um, insbesondere in den Bereichen Inhaltsstoffe, Verpackung, Nachhaltigkeit und Verbraucherinformation
  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Lohnhersteller und begleitest Verpackungs- und Designänderungen aus Qualitäts- und Regulatory-Sicht
  • Du koordinierst die Bearbeitung von Konsumentenreklamationen, Meldungen zu unerwünschten Wirkungen, behördlichen Beanstandungen sowie Probenzügen und leitest daraus erforderliche Maßnahmen ab
  • Du koordinierst und dokumentierst die Wareneingangsfreigabe für unsere Produkte nach Anlieferung bei unserem Logistikpartner

Das bringst Du bereits mit

  • Du hast eine Matura der HBLVA oder ein Studium der Chemie, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement mit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und konntest idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im SAP-Umfeld sammeln
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Access sind ebenfalls von Vorteil
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich chemischer und kosmetischer Wirk- und Ausgangsstoffe sowie Kenntnisse der österreichischen und europäischen Regularien sind von Vorteil
  • Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind auf mindestens verhandlungssicherem Niveau
  • Du überzeugst durch deinen Teamgedanken sowie deine analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise als Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Fachbereichen

Für die ausgeschriebene Position (Teilzeit: 20 Wochenstunden) gilt ein KV Mindestgrundgehalt von monatlich EUR 2.251,-- brutto (KV- Handel, bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit bis zu 3 Jahren Vordienstzeiten). Das tatsächliche Gehalt gestaltet sich je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab EUR 1.700,-- brutto in Teilzeit
