Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich

  • Du erstellst und pflegst Prüfpläne für das Partnering Business sowie das Branded Business (z. B. SOS, Zirkulin, Daytox)
  • Du übernimmst die Erstellung, Änderung und Prüfung von LIMS-Prüfplänen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team und verantwortest deren kontinuierliche Pflege inklusive Prüffrequenzen
  • Du aktivierst Prüfpläne im LIMS, verknüpfst sie mit Materialnummern und stellst die Schnittstelle zur Qualitätskontrolle (QK) sicher
  • Du koordinierst LIMS-Aktivitäten und Weiterentwicklungen gemeinsam mit dem zentralen LIMS-Team und relevanten internen Schnittstellen
  • Bei Bedarf unterstützt du bei der Erstellung, Durchführung und Bewertung von Routineprüfungen, der Koordination von Kontaminantenprüfungen sowie bei IFS-Prüfplänen und HACCP-Konzepten
  • Bei Bedarf stellst du analytische Methoden und Daten für Produktdokumentationen bereit und unterstützt bei der Beauftragung, Bewertung und Koordination von Laboranalysen inklusive Stabilitätsprüfungen
  • Bei Bedarf wirkst du bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Produktspezifikationen (Freigabe- und Laufzeitspezifikationen) mit

Das bringst Du bereits mit

  • Du verfügst über eine naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung sowie über mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Analytik oder hast ein naturwisschenschaftliches Studium absolviert und erste Erfahrungen gesammelt
  • Du bringst regulatorische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arzneimittel, Medizinprodukte, Lebensmittel, Biozide und Kosmetik mit
  • Du besitzt fundiertes Expertenwissen in Analytics, ein Grundverständnis von Formulation und Quality und kannst die Unternehmensziele mit deiner Arbeit verknüpfen
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln und hast Kenntnisse in Studiendesign, Statistik sowie internen und externen Produktplattformen
  • Du überzeugst durch effizientes Wissens- und Datenmanagement, Risikomanagement, sicheres Zeitmanagement sowie die klare Darstellung technischer und wissenschaftlicher Inhalte
  • Du erstellst wissenschaftliche Bewertungen und gutachterliche Stellungnahmen und löst Probleme eigenständig und strukturiert
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein, präzises Arbeiten, eine kooperative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, kritisches Denken, zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation sowie eine aktive Mitgestaltung von Veränderungen aus
