Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich

  • Du identifizierst und realisierst Quick Wins zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Stammdatenprozessen und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit internen Schnittstellen sowie externen Partnern (z. B. IT, 1worldSync, Markant)
  • Du steuerst komplexe Projekte im Bereich Product Lifecycle Management und treibst gemeinsam mit dem Masterdata Integrity Manager nachhaltige Prozess- und Systemoptimierungen voran
  • Du wirkst aktiv am Aufbau einer modernen Data Master Cloud mit und unterstützt die Implementierung eines zentralen Stammdatensystems als Single Source of Truth
  • Du planst und begleitest die Integration von Stammdaten in cloudbasierte Systeme und stellst die reibungslose Versorgung angebundener Systeme (u. a. SAP, GDSN) sicher
  • Du vertrittst das Stammdatenmanagement als Key User im Rahmen der S/4HANA Transformation und bringst Deine Expertise in Workshops und Entscheidungsprozesse ein
  • Du analysierst Change Impacts, bereitest Stammdaten für den Go-Live auf und begleitest intensiv die Testphasen sowie Cut-Over- und Data Freeze-Prozesse
  • Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Troubleshooting während der Hypercare-Phase und stellst die Stabilität sowie Qualität der Stammdatenprozesse sicher

Das bringst Du bereits mit

  • Du verfügst über einen Universitäts- oder Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im FMCG-Umfeld sowie mehrjährige Praxis in der Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen und Stammdaten mit
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP S/4HANA-Architektur und hast Erfahrung mit Cloud-Systemen im Unternehmenskontext
  • Du verstehst End-to-End Geschäftsprozesse im FMCG-Bereich und kannst Zusammenhänge ganzheitlich analysieren
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozessoptimierung und treibst Verbesserungen aktiv voran
  • Du überzeugst durch starkes analytisches Denkvermögen, klare und präzise Kommunikation sowie eine lösungsorientierte, innovative Denkweise mit Fokus auf effiziente Prozesse
