Join us in this full-time permanent Leasing Consultant role within the Maxxia team at MMS.

Here’s how you will make a difference in this role…

You are a sales professional in a phone-based role. You may have sales experience in another industry. We have a great training program to help you get up to speed with all that you will need to know about novated leasing.

You want a good base salary plus a bonus structure with uncapped commissions in an environment that supports your career progression. You want a corporate sales role which challenges you to succeed and rewards you for doing so.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Supported by a centralised and integrated CRM you will manage your monthly targets and KPIs, be given a monthly allocation of warm leads whilst also maintaining your own portfolio and sales pipeline.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Track record of success in a phone-based sales role
  • Experience and comfort working to clearly defined KPIs and activity targets
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to overcome objections and find solutions
  • Sound CRM and Microsoft Office suite skills
