Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Night Auditor (m/w/d) in Teil-/Vollzeit (Anzahl der Stunden verhandelbar):

  • Empfang und individuelle Beratung von Gästen, dabei sorgst du an der Rezeption auch Nachts nicht nur für zufriedene sondern für begeisterte Gäste
  • Du kümmerst dich um einen reibungslosen Check in und Check out
  • Du stehst den Gästen bei Rückfragen als Ansprechpartner:in zur Seite uns sorgst dabei für eine angenehme Atmosphäre und eine proaktive Kommunikation innerhalb des gesamten Hauses
  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails und Telefongesprächen
  • Kassenführung, Abrechnung sowie Tagesabschluss

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach und über Berufserfahrungen in der Position als Night Auditor oder einer vergleichbaren Postion
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und bist dabei stets zuverlässig, flexibel und belastbar
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und Gästen in deutsche und englischer Sprache, mindestens auf C1-Niveau machen dich aus
  • Ein freundliches Auftreten sowie ein gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
  • Du bringst nicht nur dein Können mit, sondern auch Charakter und begeisterst sowohl Kollegen als auch Gäste
