Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und Instandhaltung der gesamten Immobilie sowie aller technischen Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Durchführung sämtlicher Instandsetzungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen gemäß den geltenden Standards
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Wartungsintervallen zur Gewährleistung der Betriebssicherheit
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Prüffristen und Normen
  • Planung, Organisation und fachliche Durchführung bzw. Beauftragung aller erforderlichen Reparaturarbeiten im Gebäude
  • Qualitätskontrolle handwerklicher Arbeiten sowie Koordination von externen Dienstleistern bei Auftragsarbeiten
  • Leitung, Koordination und Führung des technischen Teams sowie aktive Mitwirkung an den täglichen Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von Set-up-Tätigkeiten (z.B. Raumgestaltung, Bühnenbau) für Veranstaltungen
  • Teilnahme an Meetings und Umsetzung der dort beschlossenen Maßnahmen
  • Einholung von Angeboten und Verwaltung des Bestellwesens
  • Ausführung allgemeiner Hausmeistertätigkeiten
  • Abfall- und Entsorgungsmanagement
  • Ermittlung des Investitionsbedarfs

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Gas-/Wasserinstallation oder einem anderen relevanten handwerklichen Beruf
  • Erste Führungserfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich gesammelt
  • Hohe Motivation und Leidenschaft für technische Herausforderungen
  • Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick sowie technisches Verständnis
  • Teamorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Stark ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden, Gästen und externen Partner:innen
  • Verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
