Call Center Agent In- & Outbound (m/w/d) - Teilzeit und Vollzeit / gerne auch Quereinsteiger

Das sind wir:

Mobilae wurde 1992 gegründet und ist mittlerweile zu einem der größten Mobilitätsspezialisten Europas herangewachsen. Als unabhängiger Lieferant von Mobilitätsprodukten sind wir in den Niederlanden, Deutschland, Frankreich, Belgien und Italien vertreten. Unser Sortiment besteht aus: Treppenliften, Hausliften, Elektromobilen, Einstiegsbadewannen und Badeliften.

Das erwartet Dich:

  • Qualifizierte und serviceorientierte Bearbeitung von (Neu-) Kundenanfragen per Telefon
  • Bedarfsanalyse während des Erstgespräches mit dem Interessenten
  • Vereinbarung des ersten Beratungstermins unseres Außendienstmitarbeiters beim Kunden
  • Durch Dein Knowhow und Deine sympathische Art fühlen sich unsere Kunden bei Dir bestens aufgehoben
  • Du kümmerst Dich auch zuverlässig um die Bearbeitung und Pflege der Kundenstammdatei und notierst Deine Gesprächsverläufe mit den Interessenten in unserm CRM-System
  • Durch Dein Mitwirken bist Du maßgeblich an der Erreichung des Abteilungserfolgs beteiligt
