Voor onze Belgische vestiging zijn wij per direct op zoek naar tweetalige commerciële buitendienst verkopers regio midden België.

Commercieel Sales adviseur buitendienst (m/v) - omgeving Brussel

Het hoofddoel:

  • Advies-verkoop van mobiliteitsoplossingen aan senioren, bij de klant thuis B2C;
  • Jij weet door jouw kennis van onze producten een goed voorstel te maken voor de klant;
  • Jij brengt de eisen en wensen van de klanten perfect in kaart zodat je gedegen advies geeft en de oplossing altijd logisch is;
  • Jij visualiseert verschillende oplossingen door bijvoorbeeld te demonstreren en/of de klant via een 3D tekening de nieuwe situatie te laten ervaren;
  • Goed verwerken van bestellingen, offertes, klantbezoeken via online-systeem op de IPad/Surface.
  • Het fijne van deze jop is dat je niet zelf de klanten hoeft te werven! Dat doet ons callcenter team. Makkelijker kunnen we het jou niet maken toch?

Hoe gaat je dit doen?

Vanuit huis ga je op pad naar onze particuliere klanten (B2C). Het is daarom belangrijk dat je zelfstandig bent en graag bij mensen thuiskomt om met jouw overtuigingskracht het beste advies aan de klant te geven. Onze klanten zijn senioren en daarom is het belangrijk dat je geduldig bent en dat je een luisterend oor kan bieden om de juiste behoefte te kunnen achterhalen. Daarin heb je een representatief voorkomen en spreek je keurig Nederlands en Frans.

Hoe werkt het:

Je krijgt jouw klanten via ons CRM-systeem binnen en ga jij je verdiepen in de behoefte en producten om beslagen ten ijs te komen. In de tussentijd heb je veel contact met het salesteam, binnendienst adviseurs en uiteraard jouw manager. Het salesteam bestaat uit 8 personen en het leuke daarvan is dat iedereen zijn eigen regio heeft maar ook zeker dat je gesteund wordt bij al jouw vragen. Voor een grapje en een grolletje is zeker ook ruimte. Kortom jij kan een ambitieuze TOP verkoper worden als je al jouw kanalen gebruikt die jou alleen maar beter kunnen maken. 1 tot 2 keer in de maand is een officiële salesmeeting, dit gaat de ene keer via Teams en de andere keer ontmoet je iedereen op kantoor in Deurle (nabij Gent).

Maar voordat je klaar bent voor bovenstaande krijg je eerst een betaalde interne opleiding over onze producten en de processen binnen Mobilae. Dat gaat allemaal vrij rap want in 1 maand tijd kan jij als zelfstandig sales adviseur van Mobilae jouw talenten laten zien in een bedrijfswagen en in Mobilae kleding. Hoe chique is dat!

Je sluit het beste aan bij deze functie als je wilskracht, overtuigingskracht, gemotiveerd en winnaarsmentaliteit bezit als competenties. Buiten dat heb je geen 9 – 17 mentaliteit en ben je in bezit van een rijbewijs.
