The posting

So bringst du deine PS auf die Straße

  • Du übernimmst die Funktion des Geldwäsche- und Betrugspräventionsbeauftragten und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Geschäftsführung, Fachbereiche, Prüfer und Behörden.
  • Du verantwortest die Risikoanalyse zu Geldwäsche, Terrorismusfinanzierung und Betrugsrisiken sowie die Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontroll- und Sicherungssystems.
  • Du analysierst auffällige Sachverhalte, bearbeitest Verdachtsfälle und veranlasst bei Bedarf Verdachtsmeldungen an die zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörden.
  • Du entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Betrugsprävention und setzt diese gemeinsam mit den Fachberei-chen um.
  • Du begleitest interne und externe Prüfungen, verfolgst regulatorische Entwicklungen und berichtest regelmäßig an die Geschäftsführung.
  • Du führst Schulungen durch und stärkst das Bewusstsein für Geldwäsche- und Betrugsrisiken im Unternehmen.

Das ist deine Ausstattung

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine bankfachliche bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Geldwäscheprävention, idealerweise in einem regulierten Umfeld (z. B. Bank, Finanzdienstleister, Leasing, FinTech, Zahlungsdienstleister oder Versicherung).
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Geldwäschegesetzes (GwG) sowie der Themen KYC/KYB, wirtschaftlich Berechtigte, PEP- und Sanktionsprüfungen sowie Verdachtsmeldungen.
  • Erfahrung in der Betrugsprävention oder im Fraud Management ist von Vorteil.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
