So bringst du deine PS auf die Straße

  • Von der Prüfung, der Gestaltung und der Verhandlung von Verträgen bis hin zum Streitigkeiten- und Claim-Management sowie der Steuerung externer Kanzleien liegt die Verantwortung für das Legal- & Vertragsmanagement bei dir.
  • Fachbereiche und Geschäftsführung berätst du in rechtlichen Fragestellungen und bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen mit strategischem Blick auf.
  • Compliance- und Governance-Risiken identifizierst und bewertest du und entwickelst sowie implementierst geeignete Maßnahmen, Policies und Schulungen.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson verantwortest du Datenschutz- und DSGVO-Themen, inklusive der Beratung der Organisation, der Koordination von Betroffenenrechten und der Behördenkommunikation.
  • KI-Governance-Themen im Kontext des EU AI Acts begleitest du und unterstützt bei der regulatorischen Einordnung neuer Anwendungsfälle.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen, arbeitsrechtlichen sowie marketing- und markenrechtlichen Fragestellungen und stellst die fristgerechte Abgabe relevanter Meldungen sicher.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung begleitest du rechtliche Themen mit unternehmerischem Weitblick und bist regelmäßig an unseren Standorten in Köln und Oberhaching bei München präsent.

Das ist deine Ausstattung

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Legal, Compliance oder Datenschutz, idealerweise in einem regulierten Umfeld, bildet die Grundlage für diese Position.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen DSGVO, KWG, ZAG und MaRisk, setzt du sicher in der Praxis ein; erste Berührungspunkte mit KI-Governance oder dem EU AI Act sind von Vorteil.
  • Analytische Stärke, eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Risikobewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
  • Ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Management, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke bringst du mit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
