Som projektchef på mod:group så har du en nyckelroll i ett av byggindustrins mest innovativa bolag. Vi har ett eget framtaget koncept i hur vi vill driva våra entreprenader och vi använder digitala verktyg i allt från 3D-projektering till egenkontroller.

Du kommer att få jobba åt professionella beställare med projekt i befintliga fastigheter och med nyproduktion.

Du ansvarar för några av våra nyckelkunder och håller i alla delar som rör avtal, budget och övergripande projektledning och fungerar som samarbetspartner till platschef och produktionsledare.

Du driver självständigt arbetet och hanterar upphandlingar, inköp, kalkyler, prognoser och planering.

Du vidareutvecklar våra processer och arbetssätt och är en ledande kraft till att fortsätta inspirera branschen till att vilja göra bättre.

Ansvarsområden

Vi vill att du:

  • Ansvarar för att driva större projekt i storleksordningen 100-200 msek.
  • Har det övergripande ansvaret för ett antal projekt med fokus på entreprenadupphandling, genomförandeskede och överlämning till förvaltning
  • Ansvarar för relationen med några av våra nyckelkunder.
  • Ansvarar för avtal och övergripande budgetansvar.
  • Ansvarar för tidsplanering och inköpsplan.
  • Ansvarar för team med arbetsledare och montörer.
  • Utvecklar och effektiviserar våra processer.
  • Leder och driver på utvecklingen av en digitaliserad byggindustri.
  • Inspirerar människor omkring dig genom starkt ledarskap och tydligt processtänk.

Utbildning - Färdigheter - Kunskap - Erfarenhet & Kvalifikationer

Vi tror att du har:

  • Ett nära nördigt stort intresse för den byggda miljön och drivs av att utveckla sättet som vi projekterar, planerar och producerar byggnader
  • Ett stort intresse för digitalisering och industrialisering med en övertygelse att med hjälp av data och information kan vi som industri utvecklas till nya nivåer
  • 7+ års erfarenhet av att driva projekt inom bygg eller liknande industri.
  • Högskole- eller ingenjörsutbildning.

Som person är du:

  • Flexibel och prestigelös och ser det som självklarhet att hjälpa till där det behövs.
  • Noggrann - struktur ligger dig varmt om hjärtat.
  • Produktiv, du maximerar effektivitet för att möta högt uppställda mål.
