Om rollen: I rollen som projektledare på mod:group kommer du att ha en central roll i att leda design och planering av byggprojekt från start till mål. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar

  • Planering: Ansvarig för att planera och genomföra projekt enligt avtal. Skapar inköpsplaner och detaljerade produktionsbudgetar. Leder planeringsmöten och säkerställer korrekt information i systemet Next.
  • Utförande: Övergripande ansvarig för att driva projektet i linje med processer och rutiner. Ansvarig för inköp, projektdokumentation och att producera enligt process.
  • Uppföljning: Ansvarar för att systemen Next, Dalux och Dropbox är uppdaterade med nödvändig information. Kontinuerlig uppföljning av tidplan och budget, samt slutdokumentation.
  • Ekonomi: Ansvarig för projektets ekonomi, inklusive budget, utfall, avvikelser och inköp. Kontrollerar leverantörer och ekonomi.
  • Ledarskap: Organiserar, planerar och följer upp projektet för att uppnå uppsatta mål enligt företagets värderingar, strategier och mål.
  • Affärsmannaskap: Bygger långsiktiga relationer med kunder, UE och leverantörer för framtida projekt och leder digitaliseringen av byggindustrin.
  • Ansvar: Ansvarar för arbetsmiljön kopplad till projekten och kan delegera arbetsmiljöansvar vid behov.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har en högskoleutbildning inom bygg eller motsvarande.
  • Har minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet i ledande befattning som projektchef eller platschef på större fastighetsprojekt och har stark digital kompetens.
  • Kommunicerar effektivt muntligen och skriftligen.
  • Besitter goda kunskaper inom byggteknik och installationsteknik.
  • Har mycket god erfarenhet av att driva projekt med hjälp av digitala hjälpmedel

  • Engagerad och passionerad i ditt arbete.
  • Uppmärksam på detaljer.
  • Intresserad av lean produktion, effektivisering och automation.
  • Trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och i team.
