Principais atividades:

  • Apoiar as rotinas administrativas da área de Suprimentos e Comércio Exterior.
  • Extrair e consolidar informações de sistemas ERP.
  • Elaborar e atualizar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Desenvolver planilhas em Excel para análise e acompanhamento de processos.
  • Criar e manter dashboards em Power BI.
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de processos de compras e importação.
  • Organizar e analisar dados para suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Dar suporte às atividades de fornecedores, logística internacional e documentação de comércio exterior.

Requisitos:

  • Cursando a partir do 4º período de Comércio Exterior, Administração, Administração com foco em Comércio Exterior, Logística, Processamento de Dados ou Engenharia de Produção.
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado (procura-se candidatos com boa capacidade analítica).
  • Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Power BI (diferencial).
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com grande volume de dados.
  • Interesse em processos de importação, Compras e Suprimentos.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e proatividade.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em ERP (Sankhya, Omie, Protheus, TOTVS, SAP ou similares).
  • Conhecimento de tabelas dinâmicas, Power Query e fórmulas avançadas no Excel.
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Bons conhecimentos da legislação e documentação de comércio exterior.
