The posting

O Planejador e Controlador de Manutenção (PCM) é o profissional estratégico responsável por organizar e monitorar todas as atividades de manutenção (preventiva, preditiva e corretiva) de uma empresa. O seu principal objetivo é garantir a máxima disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos ativos e equipamentos, reduzindo custos, otimizando o tempo da equipe e evitando paradas não planejadas na produção.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

1. Planejamento de Atividades

  • Criar e gerenciar os planos de manutenção preventiva, preditiva, lubrificação e inspeção industrial.
  • Definir o escopo detalhado das Ordens de Serviço (OS), desenhando o procedimento passo a passo e a ordem lógica das tarefas.
  • Estimar o tempo necessário (Homem-Hora/HH) para a execução de cada atividade de manutenção.

2. Programação e Logística de Recursos

  • Dimensionar os recursos necessários, especificando ferramentas e peças de reposição antes da liberação do serviço.
  • Reservar e apoiar a gestão de estoque de materiais e insumos críticos para que não faltem peças durante as intervenções.
  • Alocar a mão de obra adequada, cruzando as competências exigidas na tarefa com o perfil dos técnicos disponíveis.
  • Alinhar paradas programadas junto ao setor de Produção ou Operações para mitigar perdas financeiras.

3. Controle e Análise de Dados

  • Cadastrar ativos e estruturar a árvore de equipamentos nos sistemas de gestão (como SANKHIA, Engeman ou similares).
  • Monitorar indicadores de performance (KPIs) fundamentais da área, incluindo:
  • MTBF (Tempo Médio Entre Falhas)
  • MTTR (Tempo Médio para Reparo)
  • Backlog (Carga horária de serviços pendentes)
  • Disponibilidade e Confiabilidade dos equipamentos
  • Cumprimento do plano de preventiva.
  • Analisar distorções entre o tempo estimado (planejado) e o tempo real de execução em campo para recalibrar planos futuros.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Formação: Ensino Técnico completo em Mecânica, Elétrica, Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: Atuação prévia comprovada na rotina de Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção (PCM).
  • Sistemas: Domínio de softwares de gestão de manutenção (CMMS/ERP), como o SAP PM ou plataformas dedicadas.
  • Ferramentas: Excel intermediário ou avançado para cruzamento de dados, tabelas dinâmicas e elaboração de gráficos.

Desejáveis (Diferenciais)

  • Ensino Superior: Cursando Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção) ou Administração.
  • Metodologias: Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) ou RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance).
  • Normas: Conhecimento de normas de segurança operacional, como a NR12.
