Ihre Herausforderungen

  • Mitarbeit im kaufmännischen und technischen Asset Management für gewerbliche Immobilien mit Fokus auf deutsche Büro- und Einzelhandelsimmobilien
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Objektstrategien
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Neupositionierungs- und Vermietungsmaßnahmen, inklusive Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Mietvertragsverhandlungen
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Berater sowie Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen
  • Erstellung und Fortschreibung von objekt- und portfoliobezogenen Businessplänen/DCF-Modellen, Budgets und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Erstellung von internen und externen Reportings, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung an der Schnittstelle zur externen Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung unserer ESG-Strategie und der Weiterentwicklung von Nachhaltigkeit auf Objekt- und Portfolio-Ebene
  • Unterstützung bei An- und Verkaufsprozessen (z. B. Datenaufbereitung, Q&A, Unterlagenmanagement)

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im relevanten Umfeld (z. B. Praktika/Werkstudententätigkeit) im Asset Management, Property Management, Transaction, Real Estate Finance, Beratung oder einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Internationale Erfahrung (z. B. Auslandssemester oder Praktikum) ist wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
