1、负责自动驾驶车端算法软件的集成工作，打通系统数据链路，保障软硬件的正确性与稳定性，将算法软件集成为完整、稳定、可交付的自动驾驶产品； 2、深度参与自动驾驶车端算法软件的调试与迭代，解决综合性算法与工程问题，持续提升系统集成的自动化效率与质量； 3、参与自动驾驶项目的软件量产交付，与算法、基础组件、软件架构等团队紧密协作，负责嵌入式系统CPU、内存等核心资源的性能优化； 4、开发平台化工具，提升交付质量与自动化水平。

1、计算机、自动化、电子工程、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、熟练掌握C++编程，具备良好的工程规范意识和代码质量把控能力； 3、具备大型软件的系统架构设计与工程化落地能力，学习能力强，技术迁移能力好； 4、熟练使用AI辅助编程工具（如Claude Code、Codex等），并对AI Coding有深入理解和实践。

加分项： 1、具备丰富的C++性能优化实践经验，熟悉操作系统调度原理，掌握常用性能分析工具的使用及其实现原理； 2、具备良好的英语口语交流能力。
