1、负责自动驾驶系统功能安全设计，开发&测试准出；能够基于前沿的AI Coding工具，高效建设功能安全主线/项目产品，比如基于Claude Code 设计相关Skills/Agents，助力功能安全工作产物快速交付； 2、基于ISO26262、ISO/PAS 8800、ISO21448、GB 等标准开展安全生命周期中的各种安全活动； 3、同时担任多客户功能安全经理角色，进行客户产品安全生命周期管理与技术支撑；基于公司功能安全主线产品，提供一整套客户功能安全解决方案；

1、计算机、电子、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2、编程能力强，精通 Python，熟悉 C/C++，具备良好的代码规范意识；具备使用AI coding工具提效能力； 3、熟悉（辅助）自动驾驶系统FuSa相关业务知识，具备专业的判断能力，快速判断AI agent决策是否合理；具有自动驾驶功能安全相关实习经验者优先； 4、优秀的客户沟通能力，需具备英语沟通能力，能够技术对接并正确识别OEM客户的需求，且准确完整的导入为内部需求； 5、愿意主动各维度沟通，具备跨团队协同能力，需要有极强的责任心和抗压能力； 6、有优秀的客户服务意识，能够应对售后项目中突发的安全风险，且能够应对项目中问题挑战并解决。
