The posting

1、负责自动驾驶域控制的硬件电子设计及实现，包含原理设计、PCB layout设计指导和评审、硬件调试（含SI&PI自测）、硬件功能安全实现等； 2、根据硬件架构设计和需求，进行芯片选型（含外围芯片），连接器选型及相关系统设计工作； 3、输出硬件HSI，并与BSP软件部门配合，完成底层驱动开发和硬件bringup； 4、硬件设计需要满足EMC实验，DV、PV实验要求，并和相关测试人员配置完成各项测试工作，满足生产测试需求，稳定性需求； 5、负责可靠性试验难点硬件问题解决，售后硬件问题失效分析； 6、负责原理设计相关文档（HSI等）和标准（规范）的撰写； 7、负责供应商的对接和沟通。

1、有良好的模电，数电，电源系统，高速电路基础知识； 2、硬件基础功底扎实，独立设计过高速电路板，熟练使用cadence； 3、有良好的沟通协调和问题分析解决能力，较强的团队管理能力； 4、有过电子竞赛和项目实战经验优先。
