1、参与Momenta自动驾驶数据Infra建设，打造高并发、高可用、易拓展的数据基础设施建设，提高数据质量，加快计算速度； 2、打造海量数据存储平台，大规模分布式计算平台，实时计算计算平台，高可用业务平台； 3、探索Agent在数据Infra中的应用， 通过Harness engineering、Loop engineering、Graph engineering等范式，实现Agent 完全适配 Data Infra高确定性，高稳定性的场景要求。

1、计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历；具备扎实的计算机基础，包括数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络和数据库等； 2、对大语言模型有基本的了解和浓厚的兴趣，有Agent相关的开发实践经验； 3、熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，包括但不限于Golang、Python、Java、C++；对工程质量、代码可维护性和性能有基本追求；主要实现语言为Go/Python，可以接受其他语言转Go； 4、对分布式系统、云原生、数据库、消息队列、缓存、任务调度中的一个或多个方向有兴趣； 5、有良好的系统设计和工程抽象能力，能将复杂业务流程沉淀为可复用的平台能力。
