工作职责 • 作为客户项目AEB产品接口一号位，沟通承接项目需求，输出产品项目文档，跟进产品开发进度，对接处理客户路测/量产问题，推动客户项目版本按时按质交付等； • 根据主线产品，定义客户项目功能应用层及定制化需求 • 负责AEB主线产品部分场景功能的迭代，完成从产品设计到版本发布的闭环，包括：基于市场发展，国内外法规，媒体测评及客户需求，分析用户场景并梳理产品策略，撰写产品设计文档，明确功能细节和关键行为定义，关键指标设定等；将优秀的产品场景定义及KPI导入主线研发，帮助团队打造具有领先性、创新性的产品； • 协助团队建设并完善产品开发流程、机制，提炼成功可复制的方法论；

职位需求 1、主机厂，一级供应商，辅助驾驶行业3-4年以上经验，实际参与过量产的系统开发或者功能开发或者交付工作 2、对主动安全产品的开发流程方法有完整的了解，具有主流方案的功能产品设计能力；熟悉市场趋势，包括国内外法律法规，重点客户的研发需求，市场主流解决方案等 3、优秀的产品设计能力，熟悉相关行业标准、法规，从用户体验视角思考产品设计 4、逻辑清晰，很强的责任意识，数据驱动，结果导向，有发现并解决问题的能力，学习能力强 5、沟通能力强，合作性好，能与主机厂及内部研发团队高效沟通，英语能力好更佳 6、优秀的项目管理能力，协调内外部资源，确保产品、项目如期按质交付
