岗位定位 本岗位面向智驾系统车辆集成、总线通信、接口信号数据库和系统方案设计，同时希望用 AI Agent / 大模型工作流 重构传统集成开发与验证流程：把总线报文分析、接口数据库管理、需求/架构分析、测试工具开发、系统问题定位等重复性、知识密集型工作，沉淀为可复用、可编排、可评测的 Agent 工具和工作流平台。

岗位职责 1. AI Agent 驱动的智驾系统集成开发与验证：负责智驾系统车辆集成适配软件的开发、调试和验证；将车辆集成、接口适配、信号联调、问题定位等流程拆解为可被 AI Agent 调用的工具、知识库和工作流，提升集成开发与验证效率； 2. 车辆总线与接口信号数据库的 Agent 化分析和管理：使用工具，对 CAN、Ethernet、LIN、FlexRay 等车辆总线协议进行报文和信号分析；负责接口信号数据库的开发、测试和管理；构建总线报文/信号知识库与分析 Agent，支持信号检索、变更影响分析、异常关联和自动化检查； 3. 构建可扩展的大模型工作流与 Agent 工具平台：应用 AI Agent、RAG、Function Calling/Tool Use、工作流编排等技术，开发需求分析、架构设计辅助、测试工具生成、车辆关联系统数据采集与处理、系统问题分析等 Agent 能力；建立工具注册、知识库、任务编排、结果审核和评测机制，保证 Agent 输出可追溯、可验证、可落地，能够自净化自进化； 4. 智驾系统技术方案与通信架构设计：进行详细系统技术方案设计，包括智驾系统总线配置、SoC 与 MCU 通信、内部模块通信架构；与算法、基础软件、硬件、测试等跨职能团队合作，确保系统架构设计高效、可靠、可维护，并推动 AI Agent 方案在真实项目中落地。 5. 集成自动化与问题闭环：将重复性的报文分析、接口比对、测试用例生成、日志/报文联合分析、问题归因等任务沉淀为自动化组件和 Agent 工作流；参与系统联调、问题分析和闭环改进，持续提升集成自动化效率与质量； 6. 跨团队协作与技术沉淀：与需求、架构、嵌入式、测试和 AI 平台团队协作，定义 Agent 使用边界、人工审核机制和效果指标；沉淀提示词、工具规范、知识库和最佳实践，推动 AI Agent 在智驾系统集成中的工程化复用；

任职资格 1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电子信息、计算机、软件工程、控制工程等相关专业； 2. AI Agent 工程化能力：熟悉大模型 API、Prompt、RAG、Function Calling/Tool Use、Agent 工作流编排等至少一类实践；能定义工具、知识库、工作流、评测和人工审核机制，把业务任务转化为可执行的 Agent 流程； 3. 软件开发能力：熟练掌握 C/C++、Python 中至少两种，具备 Linux 环境下开发调试能力；能开发测试工具、自动化脚本和系统级分析工具； 4. 汽车嵌入式/智驾系统经验：有汽车嵌入式系统开发经验，熟悉智驾系统车辆集成适配、系统联调或自动驾驶系统设计；有 CAN/Ethernet/LIN/FlexRay 等车辆总线报文信号分析经验；熟悉 DBC/ARXML/LDF/Fibex 等接口信号数据库的开发、测试和管理；
