1.本科及以上学历，软件工程、汽车工程等专业或具备软件开发经验优先 2.3年以上汽车/软件质量管理经验，1年以上ASPICE体系落地经验，自动驾驶项目经验优先 3.熟悉ASPICE模型，主导过CL2级别认证，熟悉评估流程 4.拥有ASPICE Provisional assessor PAM4.0证书或Competent assessor证书优先 5.掌握汽车软件开发流程（V model/敏捷）、质量管理工具（FMEA等） 6.了解 ISO 26262（功能安全）、ISO 21434（信息安全），能与ASPICE融合应用优先 7.跨部门协调与问题解决能力，能推动改进措施落地 8.细节导向，强质量意识与责任心，具备团队指导能力 9.学习能力强，适应行业技术迭代
