Top国内外院校本科及以上学历，财会或理工科复合背景优先，持有CPA/ACCA/CMA证书者加分； 5年以上财务相关经验，其中至少2年财务BP或经营分析经验，有自动驾驶、AI大模型、Tier 1或整车厂研发体系支持经验者优先； 精通预算与研发费用核算，熟悉企业税收优惠及加计扣除政策，具备财务建模与数据分析能力； 对技术有好奇心，能快速理解研发业务逻辑；逻辑清晰，抗压自驱，适应快节奏环境。
