  • 依据经验和实际表现，有机会参与负责整体系统架构设计。
  • 有自动驾驶/机器人/计算机视觉方面的相关工作经历；参与负责过自动驾驶相关的，某个或者多个模块，模块集成；
  • 对自动驾驶系统大规模量产很有兴趣。
  • 有复杂软件系统设计deploy经历；
  • 结构化、系统化思维和能力较强；给出一个问题和要求，能迅速分解问题，出方案。
  • 数理功底扎实。
  • 有长期coding经验，最好是C++。
