1. 负责公司EDA/IP生态合作，建设及维护公司与第三方EDA/IP合作伙伴的合作，构建良好的沟通、技术及商务合作，打造稳健的IP生态链，并跟踪项目管理及执行； 2. 与业务部门密切合作，负责需求IP方案的寻源、技术选型、商务合作及交付执行管理、合同签署等工作； 3. 负责制定和维护采购价格基线，价格对标，达成项目成本目标； 4. 负责从需求/研发早期介入选型管理，制定财年度整体的采购策略并负责具体落实实施。

1. 本科以上相关工科技术专业学历； 2. 8年以上工作经验，5年以上半导体、芯片公司等相关工作及行业经验； 3. 具备半导体芯片设计、IP、EDA等专业知识背景，熟悉IP商务模式；熟悉AI、汽车等市场、SOC规格及所需IP者优先； 4. 具有SOC、IP、设计服务等相关设计或项目管理经验者优先； 5. 具备市场分析能力和行业洞察力； 6. 具有良好的沟通能力、高度的责任心、强烈的交付意识、优秀的团队精神。
