工作职责： 1. 负责客户项目需求对接以及ISP 需求对接 2. 负责AE、AWB、Gamma、降噪等全模块ISP调试； 3. 负责相机相关画质问题的复现及优化； 4. 负责ISP相关的相机驱动验证； 5. 负责搭建AI ISP训练框架及性能优化或参与维护ISP Cmodel、Pytorch model，撰写算法设计文档 6. 负责 Auto tuning 工具的维护和升级

任职资格： 1.五年以上ISP tuning及算法开发经验，了解ISP相关的驱动； 2.熟悉主流Sensor 工作原理； 3.熟悉高通ISP pipeline，熟悉高通ISP调试工具和仿真工具； 4.熟练掌握python/pytorch,C/C++等编程语言，有代码良好的代码能力，可以独立完成自动化工具开发 5.具备独立完成ISP 全模块调优的能力和项目经验； 6.有AI ISP/auto tuning 架构设计和落地实践经验 7.具备高效的沟通和团队协作能力，责任心强，抗压能力强。
