本科及以上学历，3-5年雇主品牌、品牌传播、招聘营销或相关经验，科技、AI、自动驾驶、新能源行业经验优先。 理解雇主品牌逻辑与人才市场特点，具备品牌体系搭建、内容传播策划及项目落地能力。 具备优秀的内容策划与表达能力，能够将技术、业务和组织亮点转化为有传播力的品牌内容。 对校园人才市场和高校圈层有一定了解，有校园品牌项目或相关合作经验者优先。 具备良好的跨部门协调、沟通表达和项目推进能力，结果导向，抗压性强。 具备数据意识，熟悉新媒体运营；有设计、视频制作或英文沟通能力者加分。
