职位描述 1、负责 Momenta 数据与模型安全体系的整体设计与建设，覆盖训练数据、代码、模型权重与商业数据在采集、存储、训练、分发与使用全生命周期的安全； 2、建设数据分类分级与流转管控能力：终端、网络、云上与算力平台的敏感数据识别、访问控制与外发管控； 3、建设模型资产保护能力：模型权重与训练数据的访问审计、模型导出管控、水印与指纹溯源，以及数据投毒等针对模型供应链的风险防护； 4、建设面向数据、模型与算力平台的零信任访问体系，实现基于身份、设备、行为与数据敏感度的动态授权； 5、建设数据安全运营能力：以 Agent 承担数据流转监控、异常访问研判与合规核查，形成可度量、持续迭代的运营闭环； 6、（专家）带领方向团队，制定路线图，与数据、算法、IT 与法务团队协作推动落地。

1、5 年以上安全从业经验，其中 3 年以上数据安全方向的体系建设经验，有从设计到落地的完整交付经历，并有快速成长、独立承担方向的记录； 2、深入理解数据安全技术体系（分类分级、DLP、加密与密钥管理、访问控制、审计溯源），并有企业级落地经验； 3、理解大模型研发流程（数据处理、训练、评测、部署），能识别模型资产在各环节的泄漏与被篡改风险； 4、具备扎实的工程能力，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，能主导数据安全平台的架构设计； 5、具备设计基于 LLM 的敏感数据识别、异常访问研判或合规核查的落地经验； 6、具备强烈的 Ownership 与跨团队推动能力，能在业务效率与安全管控之间做出平衡并对结果负责。
