1、负责智驾平台底软、中间件的架构设计(包括MCU和SOC)，需求提炼、总结、释放、交付。 2、管理底软和中间件的交付，支持项目经理制定交互计划，管理供应商的交付质量。 3、对接OEM，设计和分解OEM需求, 牵头解决底软和中间件在交付过程中的技术问题，如性能优化，bug修复等。 4、搭建主线测试体系，实施底软和中间件的准入测试验收，集成软件的准出测试

1. 熟悉并熟练掌握python, C++, C, typescript等一种或者多种编程语言并具有相应的项目交付经验。 2. 熟悉智驾软件平台主要功能的设计和实现，主要包含OTA, 故障诊断，时间同步，通讯系统、信息安全，相机驱动，SoC中间件/BSP，MCU 软件架构。具有智驾系统平台软件的需求分析、软件设计、软件开发的经验， 负责过具体模块的开发和交付。 3. 熟悉高通、英伟达、华为、地平线等一种或者几种智驾平台软件（包括BSP和中间件），并有过成功的量产经验。 4.有过MCU或者SOC上模块开发经验者优先。
