1、负责产品安全建设：面向智能驾驶产品的车端系统、车云通信、OTA 与数据链路的威胁建模、安全设计评审与渗透测试； 2、建设 Agent 化的代码审计与漏洞挖掘能力：以 LLM / Agent 承担代码审计、漏洞验证与修复建议，专家负责高价值问题的定义与结果把关； 3、面向基于Agent构建的研发流程和 AI 代码生成场景，建设相应的安全评审与管控机制； 4、与研发、产品与测试团队协作，将安全要求内建于研发流程与产品架构； 5、负责研发安全与产品安全的整体规划，从 0 到 1 建设覆盖研发全流程与产品全生命周期的安全体系，制定路线图并带领方向团队。

1、5 年以上安全从业经验，其中 3 年以上研发安全或产品安全方向的体系建设经验，有从 0 到 1 设计并落地 SDL / DevSecOps 或产品安全体系的完整经历，并有快速成长、独立承担方向的记录； 2、具备深厚的代码审计与漏洞挖掘能力，有高质量的真实漏洞发现记录，能独立完成复杂系统的安全评估； 3、能主导复杂产品（如车端系统、车云架构）的威胁建模与安全架构设计，并推动研发团队落地； 4、具备扎实的工程能力，能主导代码安全平台与自动化审计系统的架构设计； 5、对大模型与 Agent 有深入理解，有以 LLM / Agent 规模化开展代码审计或漏洞挖掘的实践，能设计效果评测与误报治理机制； 6、具备强烈的 Ownership 与跨团队推动能力，能在研发效率与安全要求之间做出平衡并对结果负责。
