岗位职责 1. VLA / 行为模型研发 - 参与或主导面向自动驾驶场景的 VLA / 行为大模型设计与训练； - 融合感知、语言指令、地图/结构信息与历史时序状态，输出安全、稳定且具备“驾驶风格”的行为决策； - 探索模仿学习、强化学习与大模型训练范式的结合，推动一段式 / 端到端能力落地。 2. 世界模型与时序建模 - 研发具备时空一致性的世界模型（World Model），用于环境建模、未来预测与策略评估； - 结合 Diffusion / 自回归等生成式模型，提升复杂交通场景下的多模态预测与不确定性建模能力； - 支撑端到端模型在长时序、复杂交互场景中的稳定性与泛化能力。

任职要求 基础要求 1. 计算机科学、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先； 2. 扎实的编程能力，熟练使用 Python / C++，具备良好的数据结构与算法基础； 3. 熟悉主流深度学习框架（PyTorch 等），并对模型训练、优化与工程实现有深入理解。 技术背景（满足以下至少一项） 1. VLA / 多模态大模型方向 - 有多模态模型或 VLA 模型的训练、微调或应用经验； - 理解视觉、语言、动作等多模态信息的对齐与协同机制。 2. 生成式模型 / 世界模型方向 - 有 Diffusion Model、自回归时序模型或世界模型相关研究与实践经验； - 在自动驾驶、机器人等对时空一致性要求较高的任务中有实际应用经验者优先。 3. 端到端决策与控制方向 - 在模仿学习、强化学习或端到端 Planning 方向有深入研究； - 有一段式 / End2End 自动驾驶或机器人项目经验者优先。

加分项 1. 在 CVPR / ICCV / ECCV / NeurIPS / ICLR / ICML / TPAMI 等顶级会议或期刊发表过论文； 2. 作为核心贡献者参与过有影响力的开源项目，或拥有高质量的个人研究/工程项目； 3. 在 ACM-ICPC / CCPC / RoboMaster / RoboCup 等竞赛中取得优异成绩； 4. 具备自动驾驶算法从研发到真实系统落地的完整经验。
