工作内容 1. 熟悉世界模型（World Model）、场景重建、3D环境生成等方向的云端/端侧模型，精通相关模型（如3DGS、NeRF、GNN、Transformer-based世界模型）的代码实现和推理逻辑。 2. 对智能辅助驾驶场景下的多模态数据（点云、图像、IMU、GPS等）进行预处理、分析和特征工程，基于对自动驾驶场景的深入理解，挖掘数据价值以优化世界模型的场景还原度和预测精度。 3. 结合公司已有的自动驾驶场景数据、真实路况数据，对世界模型进行finetune优化，使其能够精准生成符合真实路况、动态交互合理的自动驾驶虚拟场景，适配业务实际需求。 4. 与算法部署、智能辅助驾驶感知/规划工程师紧密合作，确保世界模型的输出能够高效集成到仿真、感知预测等链路，保障算法的实际可行性和工程落地性。 5. 跟踪世界模型、场景生成、动态预测等领域的最新科研进展和技术趋势，关注顶会（NeurIPS/ICCV/CVPR/ICML）及行业前沿成果，将前沿技术转化应用于解决自动驾驶场景下的实际问题。

任职要求 1. 计算机科学、人工智能、自动化、机器人学或相关领域的985/211硕士以上学历。 2. 精通Python、C++或其它编程语言，具有扎实的数据结构和算法基础，能够熟练编写高效的模型代码和数据处理脚本。 3. 熟悉huggingface上的各种sota云端/端侧模型项目，深入理解世界模型、场景建模、动态预测相关原理及实现细节。 4. 深入理解机器学习、深度学习、强化学习等人工智能核心技术，在世界模型生成、3D场景建模、动态预测等相关领域有明确的项目经验。 5. 具备出色的分析问题和解决问题的能力，以及良好的团队合作精神。有责任心，能够适应快节奏的工作环境，并拥有良好的沟通能力。
